Beer Tapping Party and Closing Reception

July 14, 2019

Calling all craft beer and art enthusiasts! Join the San Jose Museum of Quilts & Textiles, Beers Made By Walking founder Eric Steen and the brewers from Camino Brewing Co., Uproar Brewing and Clandestine Brewing for a special tapping party & closing reception of our water themed exhibition H2Oh!  Last month, a group of beer, nature & textile lovers hiked out to the South Bay Salt Ponds, where they identified edible native plants and learned about the importance of the wetlands area. The brewers took back this information and have been busy creating special brews inspired by the hike. Join us for this special tasting event at the museum! The event is free, but RSVPs are required. The event begins at 3:oopm with a talk with Beers Made By Walking founder, Eric Steen, about how beer and art can build a sense of place. Beers will be served following the talk!
