Buddy’s San Jose Music in the Park presented by Metro Newspapers features legends of R&B Tony! Toni! Toné! headlining a ticket show in Plaza de Cesar Chavez. Tony! Toni! Toné! splashed out of Oakland with two albums in 1988 and 1990 that spawned several R&B hits, including: “Little Walter,” “Feels Good,” “Whatever You Want,” “The Blues” and “It Never Rains (In Southern California).” Openers: No Water After Midnight (from San Jose), and DJs Chale Brown and The C.M.E. Shows begin at 5:30 p.m. at Plaza de Cesar Chavez on Market Street in the center of downtown San Jose. Advance tickets are $15 per adult and free for 12-under when accompanied by an adult.
