This City Council memorandum relates to the Downtown High-Rise Residential Program tax and fee waiver for The Carlysle at 51 Notre Dame Street, pursuant to San Jose City Council adopted Resolution 77135.  Resolution 77135 requires that a public hearing be conducted for any public subsidy over $1,000,000 and that notice of such public hearing be posted on the City's website 28 calendar days in advance of the City Council meeting at which a public subsidy is to be considered.  This public subsidy will be considered at the January 25, 2022 San Jose City Council meeting.
